About
My principle research interests are in the area of legal regulation of sport. My work in this aspect of law and regulation began with study of the legal accountability of sports governing bodies.
My interests now extend to specific consideration of legal aspects of sport in a variety of fields: human rights, disciplinary procedures, gender issues and discrimination, the applicability of and application to sport of EU law, as well as work on legal and regulatory aspects of anti-doping measures.
More broadly I have corresponding interests in public and European Union law, in which areas I have also published work.
